My list (requiem and tusk acts included)
1. Giorno (GER) Self explanatory
2. Jotaro (Part 3 Prime) strongest Psychically and speed wise, plus time stop
3. Johnny (Act 4 tied with Jotaro) infinite spin, only problem is that act 4 doesn’t last forever
4. Gappy (go beyond) too situational and gives severe azz pull (yes I spelt it with z and not s)
5. Giorno without requiem, it’s good but it’s lacking in durability but is very versatile.
6. Josuke, Crazy diamond is a great stand good strength and speed, but it simply is out classed by some
7. Tie between Jolyne and tusk act 3, Jolyne with Stone Free is insanely versatile, but it’s often in need of protection from the rest of the gang in green dolphin, tusk act 3 is not as versatile but it’s clutch potential is incredible

i feel people HIGHLY underestimate Jolyne's physical capabilities….. She is the only stand user who has shown amazing combat when her stand could not be used and such. She is the best fighter among everyone IMO.
What can you expect from the sun of deo
Everyone seems to think that all the Jojo’s have “Joestar” as their last name, when In actuality only Joseph, Jonathan, and Johnny do. The rest go Jotaro Kujo, Josuke Higashikata, Giorno Giovanna, and Jolyne Kujo. This is a minor thing but I’ve noticed people do this a lot when referring to all the JoJo’s.
I feel like Giorno's muda barrages are "stronger" than B tier. By that I mean they are extremely painful towards a living creature, assuming that Giorno uses his "consciousness overload" thing that he did with Bucciarati. Though I don't argue with the B tier ranking, since I doubt they are very destructively strong.

for the physical strength tier i think bloodlusted josuke gets moved up a tier
When he did the list based solely on physical strength i just remembered that one episode where 7 year old Jotaro beat the fuck up of an grow ass man.

Couldnt jolyne technically counter spin in a similar way to being turned inside out? If her body can be turned to thread, she could theoretically spin the opposite direction and cancel it out
